PartyFlix

PartyFlix is an exciting new and interactive party for kids. You can choose from a range of themes, which are filmed and premiered at your home, starring your children and their friends. The DVD is then yours to keep and treasure forever. What better way to remember a special occasion?

The Party

Each party is about 2.5 hours long. Our friendly team will arrive early to set the magic and once all the guests have arrived the fun and games begin.

Filming

The filming usually takes about an hour, after which our Director / Editor runs away and plays with the footage on their computer. While this is happening our assistant fun buster plays some games, maybe there’s a little party food and then at the end, when all the parents turn up, we gather round the TV and have our movie premier.

Your Memories

The DVDs are then sent in the post, all cased, printed and pretty.

We offer different packages on top of the party:

Oscars

At the end of the premier the birthday child has the option of giving the children an Oscar each, he/she will do this in front of the audience as if he/she were giving out the awards at the real Oscar ceremony.

Photography

A professional photographer is available to come to the party and take photographs of the children in costume and the day’s fun activities. The photos will then be burnt for you and sent on a DVD. There is also a choice of having a framed individual picture of each child.

Costumes

We usually ask the parents and children to arrive in the themed costumes, but PartyFlix can organise the costumes for you. In addition to that there is an option of keeping the costumes after the party. The prices differ for the type and size; please ask when you book the party. .

Food

PartyFlix is afilitated with ‘Tricky Treats’ a professional catering service providing the best in healthy and, most of all, delicious eats and treats.

Goody Bags

We have themed goody bags for each themed party, with sweets, toys and other little goodies.

Film lessons

We also offer film tutoring days & weekends – A fun day where the children learn how to make a film.

  • Have a look at a couple of our films we’ve made before. We highly recommend not showing these to the children because it spoils the surprise when they watch their video back.
  • The price list is available on request, please email for details.
  • All the performers are CRB checked and have had bags of experience with kids.

(Company Director) Barney has taught film making to children for last 6 years. He has ran Party Flix and been entertaining children for the last 5 years. He works part time in events and knows how a party should look and feel, making sure that having fun is at the heart of every occasion. - His favorite cartoon is 'Pinky and the Brain'.

Georgia Merton

(Party Assistant) Georgia has been working as a professional nanny for the past 7 years. She loves children and also very nifty with a camera. Her favorite cartoon is Scooby Doo.

Jebet Mengech

Jebet works as an artist for 'Kids Company'. She facilitates children's workshops on a weekly basis and she is massively creative. Her favourite cartoon is Roobarb and Custard.

Laura Thorne

(Party Assistant) Laura is a child at heart. Given any party she will prefer to mess around with the kids rather than people her own age. Her favorite Cartoon is The Raccoons.

Stephanie Smith

Steph loves playing games with kids and kids love playing games with her. She has huge experience in working with children through her hat workshops and photography. It was actually her who took these brilliant photos. Her favourite cartoon is Super Ted.
